At BlockPoint, customer satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure a smooth and transparent post-purchase experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.


RETURNS

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • All included parts, manuals, and accessories must be complete and intact

Due to the nature of our products (precision brick model kits with multiple small components), returns cannot be accepted for used, assembled, or incomplete items.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or partially built
  • Items with missing pieces not reported within the required timeframe
  • Returns requested after the 30-day return window

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (including shipping label if possible)
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Partial or full refund
  • Reshipment of missing or damaged parts

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return or provide a replacement at no additional cost

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
